Islamabad, July 18 (TNS): Foreign Office spokesman Dr. Muhammad Faisal on Wednesday said Pakistan is deeply disappointed by India dismissing the first ever UN report documenting grave human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.

In series of tweets, he pointed out that India has failed to address the very serious concerns raised by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The spokesperson said the Kashmir report of the UN quotes from official Indian sources including Indian Parliament, Supreme Court and Indian media.

He said the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights is disturbed by the sustained Indian attempts to distract and divert the focus from human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. Kashmir report is about human rights of millions of people in Kashmir.
