A mega recruitment scandal surfaced in FIA

Islamabad, July 19 (TNS): A mega scandal of recruitments has unearthed in Federal Investigations Agency (FIA).
TNS has learnt that cheating on a large scale was revealed in an open testing service (OTS) for recruitments in the prime agency.
Director General FIA has connection with OTS and when TNS inquired FIA officials about the alleged association, they were unable to answer the question of DG FIA’s connection with OTS.
The candidates of OTS wrote an application to DG FIA in which they asked about the examinations conducted on February 18 this year for various recruitments, and OTS was assigned for the recruitments bur after the scrutiny of documents and application forms, different excuses were given by the OTS on its website and many application forms of the candidates were dismissed.
OTS candidates filed many complaints on the website but OTS did not take any action pertaining to the complaints.
Some candidates even went to the OTS office located in Bahria Town to file their complaints but the OTS officials asked for bribe instead and threatened them, if they don’t withdraw their stance, they will never be able to sit in the OTS examinations again.

The candidates who suffered from this scam also wrote a letter to Director Establishment FIA, who also did not budge and took no action on the complaints.
They also demanded authorities to probe into scam.
Irregularities were also revealed in OTS tests for posts of FIA assistant Sub-Inspectors where some candidates have been sent copy of question papers on their mobile application.
These candidates also have been conveyed answers through WhatsApp during examinations.
When asked about the transparency in OTS, which new institute and is similar to NTS, the staff officer of DG FIA told TNS that DG FIA is out of the country at the moment.
The staff officer asked TNS to contact Director Admin and when talked about this with Director Admin he shifted the blame of the scam on DG FIA office.
For further queries, when TNS, contacted OTS officials for several times, no official responded to requests.
