Gilgit, July 20 (TNS): Deputy Commissioner Ghizer Shuja Alam has said that efforts are underway to provide relief to flood affectees in Ashkoman, Ghizer.
Talking to our Gilgit correspondent he said link road up to Billhanz has been restored.
He said water level of artificial lake at Immit River has been decreased to one hundred feet and discharging of water from lake is continued.
However, he appealed people of low laying areas to remain alert as precautionary measure to avoid any human loss.
