Islamabad, July 23 (TNS): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Cahirman Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan to submit report over petition of former Chief Justice of Pakistan(CJP) Iftikhar Chaudhry.
The IHC bench comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Amir Farooq have conducted the hearing of the petition seeking the disqualification of Imran Khan and ordered him to submit report. Former chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has filed a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the Supreme Court under Article 61 (1)(f) for fathering a love child, and hence claim his ineligibility to hold public office.
