Islamabad, July 25 (TNS): Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken notice of top leadership’s media talk on polling day, including Khwaja Asif, Imran Khan and Shehbaz Sharif.
Addressing a press conference or media talk on polling day is a clear violation of the ECP’s code of conduct.
The electoral body has directed media channels not to air any media talk during polling hours.
Khwaja Asif also came under the radar of ECP on polling day after he casted vote in Sialkot, whereas Imran Khan addressed a Media talk after casting vote in NA-53.
