ISLAMABAD, July 28 (TNS): Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken Suo Moto notice of use of name “Bahria” by Bahria Town for Real State business.
Shahid Hussain Kamboyo, Public Relations Officer, in a press release issued on Saturday has said that Taking notice of the matter, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has issued notice to Malik Riaz, Chairman Bahria Town and has fixed the matter for hearing on 2.8.2018 at Principal Seat Islamabad.
