RAWALPINDI, August 2 (TNS): Prominent Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) reached Adiala Jail on thursday to meet former supremo Nawaz Sharif and first daughter Maryam Nawaz.
The leaders included Raja Zafar Ul Haq, Ahsan Iqbal, Khwaja Asif and Mujahid Hussain, Maryam Aurangzeb and Pervez Rasheed.
Gate number 5 has been reserved for the visitors by Jail authorities.
Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were arrested on July 13 by NAB officials and was shifted to Adiala Jail, after the Supreme Court sentenced the ousted premier to jail for 10 years and his daughter for 7 years as they were convicted in Avenfield properties reference.
