MMA, JI to hold protest in KP on August 8

Islamabad, August 6 (TNS): Against the alleged rigging in General elections 2018 Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal alongwith Jamat-e-Islamia will launch a protest rally in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Awami National Party will also take part in the protest rally on August 8 and has directed its party workers and supporters to participate in order to raise their voice against alleged rigging.

The workers of the party have been directed to block roads across the province which includes Indus Highway road, Qureshi Chowk in Dera Ismail Khan, Various roads in Lakki Marwat, Malakand road at Chakdara Bridge.

Nowshehra’s GT road will be blocked on the day as well as Motorway will also be blocked at two interchanges, Swabi Interchange and and Rashakai Interchange.

Meanwhile, Karakoram Road will also be blocked at three locations which includes Mansehra, Battagram and Kohistan.
