Islamabad, August 7 (TNS): Hearing resumed in the accountability court (AC) on Tuesday pertaining to former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s assets beyond means corruption reference.
During the hearing, the statements of the prosecution were recorded and the hearing was headed by Justice Mohammad Bashir, according to details.
The three accused along with Ishaq Dar also appeared before the court which included Saeed Ahmed, Naeem Mahmood and Mansoor Raza Rizvi.
In the court, the prosecutor’s main witness Mirza Faizur Rehman said that he appeared before NAB’s Lahore office for the first time on 17 August 2017.
Further he said that he submitted the transfer application details in NAB’s Lahore office.
It should be noted here that Mirza Faizur Rehman is from the Land Development Department.
Apart from Mirza Faizur Rehman, witnesses Azhar Hussain and Ali Akbar Bandher also recorded their statements before the court.

Three other witnesses including Mir Zaman, Faisal Shahzad, Inam ul Haq and Shakeel Anjum recorded their statements.
After the statements of all witnesses ended, the court sought for three more witnesses of the prosecution, including Muhammad Ishtiaq, Umer Daraz and Qamar Zaman.
The court adjourned the proceedings till August 15.
