ISLAMABAD, August 13 (TNS): After reaching the parliament for oath taking today Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan borrowed a waistcoat from a photographer for his National Assembly registration card photo.
Speaking to the talk media after oath-taking ceremony at Parliament House in Islamabad, Imran Khan said that he would celebrate Independence Day with enthusiasm.
“No decision has yet been taken regarding nomination for the Punjab Chief Minister slot” said the Prime Minister in waiting.
Imran Khan who is PTI’s nominee for prime minister was sworn in along with other elected lawmakers during the inaugural session of the 15th National Assembly.
The oath taking today marked the third consecutive democratic transfer of power.
