Chairman NAB takes notice of video of Kiki challenge in PIA plane

ISLAMABAD, Aug. 13 (TNS): Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (retired) Javed Iqbal has taken notice of dancing girl in aircraft of national flag carrier and asked PIA’s CEO to name the responsible.

NAB Chairman added that all those involved in disrespecting the national flag will be brought to book and an inquiry will be ordered to find out who allowed the woman to enter the runway and the plane.

A video went viral as PIA attempt to celebrate “Independence Day in style” has drawn a lot of criticism after it hired a foreign blogger to attempt the viral Kiki challenge on one of the national carrier’s planes.

The national flag carrier announced a day before Independence day that a foreigner Eva zu Beck, who is from Poland will be celebrating Independence day in a style never before attempted in the world.

Though, the airline has still not released the video but the travel blogger released the video on her own page.

As soon as the video was posted on the travel blogger’s account, a number of Pakistanis criticised and objected upon the disrespect of the national flag by the national carrier’s marketing team.

The airline and the blogger both removed the video from their respective social media accounts after criticism.
