GUJAR, July 11 (TNS): Two women were killed and chairman of Union Council (UC) was injured when armed men attacked his house here on Tuesday. Police said that unidentified miscreants attacked house of UC chairman Inayatullah, located in Rama area of Gujar Khan. Wife and niece of the UC chairman died on the spot in the firing while Inayatullah himself was critically injured. The attackers fled from the scene after committing the crime. The bodies and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. Police said that the incident seems to be outcome of personal enmity, however, a case has been registered against unknown assailants and investigation was underway.
