Peshawar, Aug. 30 (TNS): Presidential Candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Dr Arif Alvi says removing the deprivation sense of neglected provinces is among top priorities of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Addressing a news conference in Peshawar on Thursday afternoon, he said efforts are underway for creating ten million jobs and construction of five million houses.
He said PTI has worked hard in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during its previous tenure and hoped the new chief minister will carry forward the development in all areas.
Dr Arif Alvi was optimistic to win the Presidential election.
Meanwhile, PTI Presidential Candidate Dr. Arif Alvi called on Acting Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani in Peshawar today and discussed matters pertaining to the welfare of people of the province.
Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Suri were also along present during the meeting.
Earlier, Consular of the embassy of China in Pakistan also called on the Acting Governor.
He remained with the acting governor for some time and discussed with him matters of mutual interests including different projects under China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
