RAWALPINDI July 11 (TNS): Awami Muslim League (AML) leader Sheikh Rasheed on Tuesday said that the Muslim League (PML-N) game is over with the submission of the final report by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the Panama case.

Addressing a press conference here AML leader said that there is no option for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to stay in power and he should resign immediately.

“For the sake of this country, I ask Nawaz Sharif to step down. He has lost all moral, political and legal authority to rule. The current situation resulted in a political funeral for him and his family,” Rasheed remarked.

It has been proved from the JIT report that all the money belongs to Nawaz Sharif and the whole family is involved in the money laundering and corruption. Nawaz Sharif has destroyed the future of his daughter Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Rasheed said.

“Nawaz Sharif’s agenda is to wage war against the judiciary and military, he continued. Raheed further remarked that Nawaz Sharif should follow the law and order or risk facing imprisonment.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should form 3-bench committee for cross-examination in the Panama probe, Rasheed suggested.

Rasheed claimed that PML-N has only 40 to 41 assembly members left. He further said there are 62 PML-N members who were friends of Musharraf, including eight ministers, and invited them back.

Calling the Panama case “historic”, the AML leader said the judges and Grade 18 and 19 officers proved that justice still prevails.
