Islamabad, Sep 23 (TNS): Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi is in united states to represent Pakistan at United Nations General Assembly.
The 73rd meeting of the United Nations general assembly will begin in New York on tuesday.
The General Assembly has adopted the work programme and agenda for the session.
The Foreign Minister will also meet his counterparts belonging to different countries and hold talks with the us administration on bilateral relations besides addressing the Pakistani community in Washington.
Talking to PTV at Doha airport enroute to the United States, the foreign minister said that resolution of outstanding disputes between Pakistan and India through dialogue is in the best interest of the region
