D I KHAN, July 12 (TNS): At least four people died and six others were injured when an over speeding oil tanker hit a pickup here on Wednesday.
Police said that the accident took place near Chowk Waziristan locality of Dera Ismail Khan where recklessly driven oil tanker collided with a pickup.
Four people died on the spot in the accident while six others were seriously injured as the pickup was adversely damaged in the accident. The dead bodies and the injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The police impounded both vehicles and after registering a case have started efforts to arrest the oil tanker drive who is at large.
