Skardu, Oct 24 (TNS): President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi has said Gilgit-Baltistan is an important part of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and residents of this region will be provided maximum benefit.
Talking to Media at Skardu on Wednesday he said, Gilgit-Baltistan is one of the most attractive areas in the world and its economy could get a boost from tourism and trade with CPEC.
He added that government wishes for the development of the residents of GB through trade activities.
