India, Nov 25 (TNS): Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has expressed her unavailability to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Kartarpur corridor.
In her tweet, she thanked to Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi for inviting her to the ceremony.
She said Harsimrat Kaur Badal and H.S.Puri will represent the Indian government in the Kartarpur Corridor opening ceremony.
