Lahore, Nov 28 (TNS): An accountability court in Lahore on Wednesday reserved its verdict on the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) request for an extension in Shahbaz Sharif’s physical remand in the Aashiana Housing case.

Shahbaz was presented in court today as his lawyer argued that investigation into the case had been going on since January this year, and that the PML-N president had been in NAB custody for 54 days now.
“Has NAB not been able to wrap up the inquiry in this case for the past 11 months?” the lawyer asked, adding that Shahbaz had provided investigators all the required financial records.
