Islamabad, Jan. 04 (TNS): Work on construction of thirty-five kilometer long defensive embankments on both sides of Kabul River has been completed.
A spokesman of Communication and Works department told Radio Pakistan Peshawar correspondent that the project costing more than thirteen billion rupees will protect Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera from floods.
