Islamabad, Jan. 04 (TNS): A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has disposed of a case pertaining to Railways land.
During the hearing on Friday, the bench barred Pakistan railways from selling its land.
The bench said the land which is not required for Railways operation can be leased out for a period of five years.
