UN, Jan. 14 (TNS): The UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salame says there is a possible convergence between the will of Libyan people and the will of international community to end political stalemate.
Talking to tribal elders in southern Libya, he confirmed that the UN Support Mission in Libya will open its office in the eastern city of Benghazi later this month.
He said efforts are being made to hold international conference to resolve problem of Libyan people.
