Despite the limited resources available and paucity of funds cleaning process during rainfall is continued.
However the DMC Central was facing serious problems in cleaning the roads as old sewerage lines in the area are now obsolete or need change.
The DMC staff besides their own work was facing hardships in cleaning these sewerage lines.
Chairman DMC central Rehan Hashmi was on a visit to the area during rainfall and personally monitored the cleaning process of storm water drains.
He said this while talking to area people when the cleaning process was in progress , and said now there was no rainy water in narrow lanes as immediate steps were taken while an emergency was declared and all the staff was on alert.
