Lahore, Feb. 07 (TNS): Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that there is no political interference in the affairs of government institutions as evident from the arrest of Abdul Aleem Khan by the National Account Bureau.
Talking to media-persons in Lahore, he said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government is setting international standards in the accountability process and maintaining neutrality.
The Governor said Aleem Khan tendered resignation as Punjab’s Senior Minister soon after he was detained by the NAB officials.
