GB, Feb. 11 (TNS): In Gilgit-Baltistan, 170 million trees would be planted in during the next four years.
This was stated by Chief Secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha while addressing a meeting in connection with Plant for Pakistan program in Jaglot, near Gilgit.
Chief Secretary also planted a sapling in vicinity of Army composite ordinance depot in Jaglot near Gilgit.
He said Government has approved four billion rupees for plantation in the region.
