Lahore, March 12 (TNS): Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that his government plans to implement e-Tendering system in departments for procurement of goods and services.
In a statement in Lahore on Tuesday, he said the aim of the step is to obtain competitive and suitable bids from bidders.
The Chief Minister said all government departments will be bound to issue notices inviting tenders through this system in the next fiscal year 2019-20.
