Rawalpindi, March 12 (TNS): Director General Anti-Narcotics Force Major General Muhammad Arif Malik has directed to accelerate ongoing countrywide counter-narcotics operations in academic institutions and hostels.
He was addressing Anti-Narcotics Force Commanders Conference in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
ANF Director General also directed to take measures for apprehension of absconders and proclaimed offenders.
He appreciated the performance of the anti-narcotics force especially focused campaign against drug sellers affecting our youth and students.
Matters pertaining to enforcement, intelligence, assets investigation, prosecution, mass awareness were also widely discussed during the conference.
The conference was also attended by Commanders of all Regional Directorates and Senior Staff Officers of the anti-narcotics force.
