ISLAMABAD JULY 14 (TNS): Parliamentary leaders of opposition parties agreed that the assemblies should complete their terms. They also agreed to support Supreme Court’s decision over JIT report on Friday in their parliamentary meeting.

While talking to media the opposition leader Khurseed Shah said that Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has presented everything with proof and they have revealed the work of three generations of the Sharif family.

Shah further said that Nawaz Sharif promised that he will resign if JIT proved him wrong. Now PM Nawaz Sharif should resign on moral grounds. We will stand by the decision of Supreme Court.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that we pay tribute to the JIT the way they have worked on the Panama case. Our fight is not against any specific part, we support democracy and we will agree to the Supreme Court’s decision.

Qureshi also said that all opposition members have agreed, so he may requisition the assembly session whenever he deems fit.

Siraj ul Haq said that JIT performed an ultrasound. We want democracy and accountability and everyone should be accountable. Supreme Court’s decision will be accepted for the eradication of corruption.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan leader Farooq Sattar said that there should be a sound system for accountability. Qaumi Watan Party chief Aftab Sherpao addressed the media and repeated the opposition’s decision to support democracy.
