Islamabad, April 24 (TNS): Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani says Pakistan desires for peace and stability in the region.
Talking to Chairman Saudi Shura Council Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Shaikh at Parliament House in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said only peace guarantees progress and prosperity in the region.
The Chairman Senate said Pakistan has rendered great sacrifices in the war against terrorism for regional and global peace.
Sadiq Sanjrani emphasized on expediting exchange of visits by delegations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
He said friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia has stood the test of time.
