Islamabad: October 01 (TNS): Capital Development Authority (CDA) while conducting different operations on Tuesday demolished illegal construction and encroachments from different parts of the city.
During the operation conducted in Jaba Teli, 22 illegally established Juggies were demolished and illegal state land was retrieved. Similarly, during action taken in sector G-11/2 illegally constructed ramps and gates were demolished while several construction material depots were removed from sector G-11/1.

During other operations conducted in different areas of the city, blocked street of sector I-9/1 was opened for general public by removing illegal placed block and encroachments, while illegally installed grill along a plot in Sector I-10/4 was also removed. Moreover, encroachments were also removed from Khana Pul area and encroachment material was confiscated.
Similarly, construction activity being carried out in the NUML University was also stopped and under construction portion was sealed.
