KP Govt launches mobile clinic for treatment of diabetic patients

Peshawar, Oct 08 (TNS): The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has launched mobile clinic for treatment of diabetic patients in the province.

Inaugurating the clinic in Peshawar on Tuesday, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan said the government is committed to provide better healthcare facilities to deserving segments of the society.

The Chief Minister asked doctors to end their strike and work for welfare of ailing humanity with missionary zeal.

He said Sehat Insaf Cards will be distributed among all people of the province.

Speaking on the occasion, legendary cricketer, Wasim Akram lauded the efforts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for treatment of poor diabetic patients in the province.

In his address, Danish Ambassador to Pakistan Rolf Michael Hay Pereira Holmboe said his government will provide financial and moral support for improving performance of health department.
