Country’s prosperity linked to women’s participation in different spheres of life: Dr Sania

Islamabad, Oct 19 (TNS): Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide soft loans to the graduated trainees of Women Empowerment Centres of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal under the umbrella of ‘Ehsaas’ Programme.

Speaking a ceremony in this regard, Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Net, Dr. Sania Nishter said that country’s prosperity and uplift is directly related to women’s participation in different spheres of life.

Under the MoU, soft loans will be provided to 25,000 passed out trainees from Women Empowerment Centres of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal enabling them to live an independent life.
