DG PBC lauds services of Kamran Saeed for Radio Pakistan

Islamabad: Sep 04, 2020 (TNS): Director Engineering Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Kamran Saeed has retired from service after rendering meritorious services for 36 years.

He served the PBC at various positions and worked on different projects for up-gradation of the organization.

These projects include installation of medium wave and FM transmitters in different cities of the country, revamping of studios at Islamabad and Multan radio stations, restoration of 73 years old Marconi transmitter and its showcasing in the premises of PBC Headquarters Islamabad and drafting of digital radio migration policy.

Speaking at the farewell party held in his honor at National Broadcasting House Islamabad, Director General PBC Ambreen Jan lauded services of Kamran Saeed for the organization. She said Kamran Saeed was a true professional who contributed a lot for development of PBC.

Addressing the farewell party, former Information Secretary Shafqat Jalil, who has also served as DG PBC, said Kamran Saeed has not only been a hard-working and committed worker but he is also a cultured and highly refined personality.
