Lahore: Sep 10, 2020 (TNS): A high-level meeting was held in Lahore on Thursday with Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar in the chair.
The meeting discussed in detail the new local bodies system.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the new local government system will empower people at the grassroot level.
He said that Punjab government has restored frozen funds of local governments, and transparency will be ensured in its distribution.
