Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said this is the largest employment scheme in the history of the province and millions of youth will benefit from it.
He said under this scheme, soft loans of one hundred thousand to ten million rupees will be provided to skilled youth.
He said men, women and transgender aged between 20 to 50 years can apply for the loan.
