Inaugurating biometric system and centre of excellence at Punjab Bar Council in Lahore on Monday, he said Bar and Bench have a significant role to ensure rule of law by providing justice in the country.
The Chief Justice said there is a dire need for rising above all kinds of biases and promoting a sense of harmony among lawyers and the judges.
