Islamabad: March 02, 2021 (TNS): Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said Pakistan-China relationship has turned into an all weather cooperative partnership which is anchor for peace and stability of the region.
He was addressing a ceremony in Islamabad today (Tuesday) marking the 70th anniversary of Diplomatic Ties between Pakistan and China.
The Foreign Minister said both the countries have built their relationship around mutual trust and respect. He said the multifaceted and strategic cooperation is stronger than ever.

The two sides are coordinating at multi-lateral and regional fora and support each other on the basis of their core interests.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan is looking forward to receive Chinese President Xi Jinping this year. He said we believe this visit will further elevate the bilateral relationship.
He said our two countries have fine traditions of standing by each other in difficult times. He thanked the Chinese government for donating five hundred thousand doses of anti covid vaccine and other equipment to contain the pandemic.
He applauded the Chinese President’s vision of Belt and Road initiative.
