Islamabad: March 19, 2021 (TNS): Punjab Minister For Livestock & Dairy Development Sardar Hasnain Bahadur Dreshak has said that professional training and capacity building of livestock farmers will be done on priority basis.
During his visit to Sher Shah Veterinary Hospital, Multan, the minister said economy of the country will be strengthened by facilitating the cattle farmers of backward areas.
He said government is giving priority to raise the export volume of Livestock and Dairy products to earn foreign exchange.
The Minister directed the concerned officials to take necessary measures to increase meat and milk production keeping in view the requirements of increasing population. He directed to launch vaccination campaign to eradicate foot and mouth diseases in the cattle.
