ISLAMABAD: March 28, 2021 (TNS): Anti encroachment drive of Capital Development Authority continued on holiday also. Mega operations against encroachments were conducted at Dhoke Kala Khan and Koral. 10 acres land was retrieved by demolishing encroachments at green belt and Right of Way.
According to detail, operations against encroachments and illegal buildings are continued according to the directions of CDA. In this regard, operations were conducted at Dhoke Kala Khan and Koral on Sunday. 10 acres government’s land was retrieved by demolishing the encroachments and illegal buildings at green belt and right of way. Land grabbers had established setups of marble, construction material, tiles, RCC pipe, steel works, tuck shops, cattle places, and others at the spot. CDA kept on sending notices to grabbers for removing the encroachment, but they did not consider the notices. Resultantly, CDA conducted operations at the said place and demolished the encroachments and illegal constructions. Operations were jointly conducted by the departments of Enforcement and Environment. Heavy machinery of the department of MPO was used for conducting the operations.
Illegal buildings and encroachments which were demolished during the operations were Ali Marble, Mustafa Marble, Mardan Marble, Kandi Marble, Diamond Marble, BM Marble, Cristal Marble, Ramzan Marble, Koh-e-Noor Marble, Pervez Buffalo center, Masha Allah steel work, Madina marble, Ayaz RCC pipe, Mohmand Marble, Khyber Marble, Al-noor Marble, Qureshi marble, Yasin Marble, Al-Janat Marble, Rehmani Marble, Islamabad Marble, Albadar Marble, Marble Stone, Sawat Marble, Emaan Marble, Zubair tiles, 786 marble, CS king marble, Al-Rehman Marble, Boneer Marble, Balochistan Marble, Mubashar Building material, Waqar Marble, Naseeb Marble, and Pakistan Marble.
