ISLAMABAD: April 07, 2021 (TNS): The Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration has started cracking down on violation of building by-laws and non-conforming stand-by in commercial centers. Violation, non-confirming users and Institutions Sealing,7 Hotels and Restaurants on unauthorized (NOC) Commercial Activities.
According to details, the administration of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched large-scale operations against land mafias, all kinds of illegal constructions and encroachments throughout the city. Violation of CDA Building By-Laws in F-6 Markaz, one of the most important commercial centers of the city, and for doing business without NOC for the institution. The restaurant, the top flow of the same plot has been sealed, while a restaurant at Plot No. 18 in F-7 Markaz, a hotel restaurant at Plot No. 12-D Units No. 5 and 6, and a restaurant at Plot No. 17 have also been sealed.It is to be noted that before sealing the said buildings, the owners of the said buildings have been informed several times to seal the said buildings otherwise, through show cause notices, and through newspaper advertisement to end the violation of Building By-Laws.
