Islamabad: April 27, 2021 (TNS): The Peshawar High Court has accepted the pre-arrest bail of Captain Retired Muhammad Safdar of Pakistan Muslim League-N and reserved its judgement on the petition.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Laal Jan declared the grant of bail in Peshawar today (Tuesday).
Captain Safdar had submitted a pre-arrest bail application to avoid arrest by the National Accountability Bureau in a case of assets beyond means and embezzlement of funds against him.
