Islamabad: June 26, 2021 (TNS): Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Amir Ali Ahmed visited Park Enclave, reviewed the development works and issued instructions to the officers of relevant departments to complete the development work on time. According to details, Chairman CDA accompanied by Member Engineering Munawar Shah, DG Works, Director Road, Project Director Park Enclave and other officers visited Park Enclave.
On this occasion, Member Engineering Munawar Shah briefed the Chairman CDA regarding the development works of Park Enclave, Park Enclave Two, Park Enclave III, construction of roads, earthwork, water supply, construction of sewerage lines.
On this occasion, the Chairman CDA directed that the development work in Park Enclave One should be expedited and completed by December 2021 in all cases. The basic civic amenities in Park Enclave One should be further improved, the environmental work in the parks should be started immediately and completed by the end of July. Preparations for the flowering and planting process should be completed before the monsoon so that they can be planted as much as possible. He also inspected the Facilitation Center which has been completed up to 90% which will be completed soon while the work of covering the manholes will be completed in two days and the security arrangements of the residents will be further improved.
The construction of walkway along ”Gumra Kas” nullah in Park Enclave 1 while the bridge for pedestrians should be constructed immediately so that the parks on both sides of this nullah could be connected. The construction of the mosque should also be completed immediately. Ongoing development work in Park Enclave 1 should also be completed soon.
The Member Engineering informed that the work of Drainage / Sewerage Lines in Park Enclave Two would be started from July 15. On this the Chairman CDA directed that the development work in Park Enclave Two should be started soon and it should be ensured that All development should be completed on time.
In addition, the head of CDA administration issued instructions to resolve the issue of bulldozing properties in Park Enclave III and take possession immediately.
On this occasion, the citizens expressed satisfaction over the street lights and other development works in Park Enclave Phase 1.
