Islamabad: Oct 02, 2021 (TNS): Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin has said the government is focusing on use of modern technology to enhance tax collection in the country.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of Pakistan Tobacco Company’s Track and Trace System in Jhelum on Friday, he said use of modern technology will also help resolve issues pertaining to tax collection and identify tax evaders as well.
The Minister said no country can progress without having sufficient tax collection.
