was doing illegal business of currency exchange.during Raid Pakistani currency amounting RS 301050/ foreign currency 4450 saudi Royal;50 pound were recovered from accused .
. He could not justify this amount with him.
FIR has been registered against him under foreign regulation action 1947 and Anti money laundering Act 2010
