Asfandyar Wali expresses reservations on rigging in general elections 2018

Charsadda, July 27 (TNS):The Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali expressed serious reservations regarding rigging in elections 2018 in his press conference in Charsadda on Friday.

“Polling agents were forcefully taken out of the polling stations before the counting of votes, after polling hours”, said the ANP chief.

Asfandyar Wali said, “Chief Election Commission claims that the elections were transparent but we have videos as evidence that these elections were rigged and the mandate was stolen”

“The manipulation in results of polling stations started after the deadline of 6pm”, the ANP leader added.

The ANP chairman claimed that despite all reservations we want smooth transition of democratic process.

“Pakhtun leadership was defeated to assist Imran Khan in gaining power” he added.
