Asghar Khan case hearing to begin from August 15


Islamabad August 11 (TNS): Supreme Court of Pakistan will begin the hearing of Asghar Khan case on August 15, Wednesday.

The case will be heard by a three member bench headed by the Chief Justice Of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar who will be flanked by Justice Ejaz-ul-Ehsan and Umar Atta Bandyal.

The top court has issued notices to summon former supremo Nawaz Sharif, Former Cheif Of Army Staff Aslam Baig, former Director General (DG), Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Lieutenant General Asad Durrani, Attorney  General and DG Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in the hearing of the case.
