Candidate demands high level security for MOCECHS polls

Islamabad, Jan. 17 (TNS): Candidate of Secretary General from ‘Itehad Group’ has demanded Inspector General Sultan Azam Taimuri, the Deputy Commissioner ICT and other top officials  to provide security during elections of “Ministry of Commerce Employees Co-operative Housing Society” being held today (Wednesday).

Polling would be held at F-8 Markaz, foot ball ground from 9am to 4pm.

Mazhar Hussain, candidate of Secretary General, demanded that Rangers, police and other Law enforcement agencies must be deployed at polling premises to avoid any untoward situation.

Almost 3800 voters including senior citizen, youngsters, and ladies will come to pole their votes.

The candidate said that proper security of law & enforcement agencies must be emplaced as some radical elements are expected to create chaos to disturb the smooth proceeding of elections and to avoid any unexpected law and order situations.
