ISLAMABAD, June 02 (TNS): In line with the vision and initiatives taken after assumption of responsibilities as Chairman NAB, Mr. Qamar Zaman Chaudhry in a meeting at NAB headquarters has taken a new initiative named “Citizen Friendly NAB” in order to reach out to the complainants and to cater their complaints submitted to NAB about the corrupt. This effective modern technology will create better interaction with citizen.
Under “Citizen Friendly NAB” initiative, existing Monitoring and Evaluation System (MES) will generate a system based complaint registration acknowledgement system to share the information with complainant and Unique Identification Number (UIN).
This initiative will facilitate the complainant for complaint registration date at NAB and to track the latest progress of complaint by providing a MES generated Unique Identification Number (UIN). The unique identification Number can be referred to NAB Headquarter and NAB Regional Offices as a case number to know the latest status of the complaint.
NAB is a complaint driven organization, the main purpose of “Citizen Friendly NAB” initiative will not only help the complainants to track down the latest status of their complaints submitted to NAB in effective manner but will also enable NAB to be more transparent and responsive in term of interaction with complainants and tracking the complaint progress. It will further help in improving the confidence level on NAB and also about the transparent, fair and merit based working of NAB.
