ISLAMABAD Jan 18 (TNS): Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal says the civil armed forces will be equipped with modern training, equipment and technology to enhance their capacity and efficiency.
He was chairing a command conference of civil armed forces in Islamabad, to overview border management and security situation.
The Interior Minister lauded the services rendered by civil armed forces in improvement of law and order and border management.
He said the economy of the country is at a take-off stage and we must preserve security and stability to harness opportunities of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Meanwhile, in a statement, Ahsan Iqbal said people have rejected opposition’s politics of sit-ins.
