First time in 70 years women exercise their right to vote in Khushab

Khushab, July 25 (TNS): Amid Pakistan’s 11th general elections, women in Khushab on Wednesday have made history by casting vote for the first time in their village in 70 years.

Ghak Kallan is a small village in Khushab district which resides in central Punjab, where women have not used their right to vote in last 70 years until they changed a longstanding tradition today.
